The first BluBall Golf tip we want to talk you about this week is very important for you to become a great male or female golfer and as the title stands you have to focus on the basics: Stance, Setup, and Posture all seem like they are relatively straightforward, and they can be achieved and mastered in a few minutes. This is just not the case in golf.
Golf professionals Work on their Stance, Setup, and Posture more than any part of their golf game.
To get yourself in the right position before you swing the club, you should know a few basic things:
🏌🏻 Your Feet Should be shoulder-width Apart.
🏌🏼 Balance the Weight in the Center of your Feet.
🏌🏽 Your Spine Angle Should not be slouched or too Upright.
🏌🏾 When you drop your Club Down to the Ground, you should not be reaching or feel too Crammed to Swing.
🏌🏿 The Golf Ball Should be in the Middle of the Stance for Most Clubs.
🏌🏻 For a Driver, Keep the Ball more Towards the Front Foot.
🏌🏼 A Driver Stance will be Wider than a Wedge Stance.
For all of those currently reading this BluBall Golf lesson, if you can get these basics down, you will make sure that you’re putting yourself in a good position before you actually swing the club.
